Credentials required for accessing the online content will be sent to the email provided within 24 hours of purchase. IF required, all related materials and/or other supporting materials will be shipped out via FedEx, USPS or UPS within 2 business days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase and you have accessed or completed your program/exam, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange on your program or exam purchase nor any materials associated with the product. To be eligible for a return, your drop/return request must be made within 30 days of original purchase and the time you have made use of the course/exam content or “time in content” must not exceed 10 total hours.Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
